Chandler, a licensed insurance agent to contact you via phone or email about the specific products listed on this site.  This website is monitored by an independent licensed agent authorized to offer listed products via contracting with specific carriers.  Your information will not be used outside of the stated purpose, shared, or distributed to any other entity without your prior expressed written consent. If you choose to enroll in a plan your information will be shared with that plan at that time for purposes of enrollment only.  D. Chandler is obligated to adhere to all local, state, and federal guidelines and regulations and may, upon request only, submit any information being requested by any local, state, or federal entity to such entity, at which point you would be informed of such release if legally requested. D. Chandler, owner of this site, does not sell or offer your personal information to any other TPMO (third-party maintenance organization) in any form.   The insurance agent will never ask you for any personal identifying information to receive general information on your choices.  If the consumer wants to move forward, additional questions about enrollment which may include personal identifying information would then be requested to proceed properly and within CMS guidelines. D. Chandler, the insurance agent owner of this site, does not accept or request payments to be made directly to the agent for any health insurance products.  All invoices would come directly from said carrier of your choice if selected along with any other payment methods the selected carrier allows. If anyone posing as D. Chandler asks for payment in any form to be made on call or quote that requires your bank or card details please do not give out this information. Hang up immediately.
